Nestled amongst natural rainforest and a unique ecological landscape, the resort offers guests a view of how the Li and Miao ethnic minorities of Hainan live. The resort consists of 12 two-layer townhouses, six townhouses and a main villa, with architecture that mirrors the local style and panoramic terraces were guests enjoy great views of the surrounding nature.

房間比較大，很潮濕，所以房間備了除濕機和電熱毯，晚上開夜床會提前把電熱毯打開，不然真的沒法睡，真的很潮濕。
別墅房的泡池就一個草簾大部分還都是壞的，這個草簾到了晚上完全起不到任何遮擋的作用，對面別墅都能看到裏面，衹能自己在外面用毛巾架在衣架上遮擋。
因為就在森林裏麪小可愛特別多，驅蚊驅蟲防護要做好！
店內中餐廳的價格高分量很少，要不是地處偏遠肯定不會在店用餐，早餐也非常非常一般，小孩子還費，一點不值。

房間就在雨林裏，非常舒適。酒店為了讓床褥不潮濕，還特意開了電熱毯。酒店位置離景區很近，方便遊玩。酒店早餐也很豐富。非常好的度假酒店。

酒店是離五指山景區最近的，走路100米。如果不爬山，景區風光和酒店差不多，熱帶雨林。你呢還看到梅花鹿和孔雀。但是服務真的差。首先小朋友的早餐是肯定不會送的，早上餐廳門口刷卡 不能商量一點。早餐屋裡有蒼蠅，反應後服務人員説，你等看到了，過來叫我，真無語，蒼蠅會等着你過來拍他嗎？酸奶裏有蚊子。早餐到十點，九點四十就東西不全了，也不補了

挺好的，去五指山國家森林公園 住在這裏非常好，酒店就在森林裏，走到五指山裡麪也就100米 非常方便， 酒店餐廳吃飯時間是有相關規定的 我3點來鍾玩完 酒店是沒有餐廳的營業的，需要算好時間。

酒店雖然開有些年頭了，但保養得很好，房間舒服安靜，水龍頭熱水秒熱，環境空氣好，在酒店園林裏閑逛很愜意，泳池清澈乾淨但有點涼，如有恆温的就更好了。早餐味道還可以，酒店餐廳美味好吃但有點小貴，酒店服務態度好，特別是銷售小陳超棒，是休閑度假的好地方。

住了三天，房間沒有打掃過。公共區域垃圾桶上的煙頭沒有清理過（入住時看見是什麼樣，退房時還是那個樣子，就沒動過）。停車位很窄，停車時看見工作人員在一旁聊天也不過來幫忙指揮。酒店的環境還是可以，確實在原始森林裏，房間內的設施有些老舊。
